Grape Wholesale – Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take 3-5 business days

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – $5.99

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $12.99

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $24.99
    *Delivery times begin after order processing is complete

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states

  • International shipping available to select countries (additional fees apply)

  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships

  • Track your package through our website or the carrier’s website

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes

  • Someone must be available to accept delivery for signature-required packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to confirm the shipping address

  • You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
