At Grape Wholesale, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

Custom-made or personalized items.

Sale/discounted items (unless faulty).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return.

We will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to us (see Section 3 for shipping details).
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Grape Wholesale is not liable for lost returns.

Return address will be provided in your RMA email.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original payment method will be credited.

Exchanges: Subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit? Let us know, and we’ll issue a digital voucher for future purchases.
6. Final Sale Items
Clearance or “Final Sale” items cannot be returned unless defective.
7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
